Yes! If your contract is up to date and the requested date is within the same calendar month. This request can be made in writing via email

Are there any charges associated with a change to the repayment due date?

There is no fee charged for this type of request, however, the variation may result in additional interest charges over the term of the loan.

Can I make additional payments to my loan?

Of course! Additional payments may be made at any time. However, unless otherwise formally requested, the scheduled payments will continue to be withdrawn on the nominated direct debit date.

John Deere Financial will need to be informed by phone 1800 857 057 or via email at the earliest possible time following the incident. • The full details of the equipment including the serial number or an identifier.
  • Your contract reference number.
  • The name of your insurer and the policy number.
  • If possible, a contact name for your insurance assessor or the person handling your claim. An authority may be obtained from you to discuss the matter directly with the insurer if necessary.
