Other Service jobs will provide leadership in motivating, managing, and evaluating Service Technicians. The Service Manager will efficiently coordinate, schedule, and manage Service Technician's time, while maintaining the work order process. This role will also communicate with the customer in regards to quotes, job status, and scheduling. This management role will coordinate activities with other departments to best serve the needs of the customer and employees

General Requirements for a Service Jobs.

  • Managing service workflow
  • Enforcing standards, policies, and reporting practices are followed to established standards
  • Development and management of the Service Department budget to meet financial and operational goals
  • Preparing quotes for customer work orders; opening & closing work orders
  • Inspect/operate customer equipment as part of resolving concerns/diagnostics
  • Monitor service revenue and expenses monthly
  • Ensure work is performed according to established safety and industry standards
  • Reviewing employee performance against goals on an ongoing basis
