Lead the Service Team from the front

As a Service Manager, you'll inspire and manage the team of Service Technicians, coordinating schedules and oversee the work order process. You'll communicate with customers about quotes, job status, and scheduling, while collaborating with other departments to meet customer and employee needs.

Service Manager Role Requirements:

  • Provide strong leadership to the service team to ensure high-quality performance
  • Coordinate and manage the service workflow, including prioritising technician work order assignments
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding quotes, job status, and scheduling
  • Develop and manage the Service Department budget to meet goals and perform profitably
  • Identify department training needs and provide opportunities for professional growth
  • Enforce standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
