My journey at Deere: Brendon Easey

Brendon Easey - John Deere

"During my three years at John Deere, I have had the opportunity to network and create friendships with people in the dealership organisations, as well as, with internal employees both locally and overseas, which has been an exciting aspect of the role for me"

One of the most rewarding elements Brendon Easey’s career at John Deere has brought is the opportunity to forge strong friendships and working relationships, both within his team and throughout the dealership network.

“During my three year’s at John Deere, I have had the opportunity to network and create friendships with people in the dealership organisations, as well as, with internal employees both locally and overseas, which has been an exciting aspect of the role for me,” Mr Easey, who is a Product and System Specialist with John Deere Construction and Forestry, said.

After joining John Deere three years ago as a Senior Trainer, Mr Easey moved into his current position, a newly-created role which focuses supporting John Deere dealers across Australia and New Zealand. “I provide information updates on product and machine specifications, assist dealers and customers in field events, and provide daily support and answers to dealers’ questions,” he said.

Mr Easey grew up in Inverell, in country New South Wales, and said his rural roots have instilled in him a deep understanding of the values driving the John Deere brand. “There are two things that keep me motivated: the first one is the product. The John Deere product is fantastic, and I am proud to work for such a reputable company,” he said. “The second motivating factor is the hard-working and friendly team. I have never worked with an organisation that is more focused on team culture than John Deere. “It facilitates and promotes collaborative decision making and opportunities to think outside the box, so that we can further improve the product and processes for the dealers and customers.”
