By investing in soils, Arahura Farm has created an organic oasis in northwest Victoria.

A decade of intensive composting has transformed the sandy Mallee soils at Arahura Farms near Swan Hill Victoria, into an organic vegetable farm oasis. As one of Australia’s largest producers of organic carrots and beetroot and the only organic farm in the country that can produce carrots year round, their investment in a weekly organic composting regime has produced remarkable results.
