General requirements for precision technology roles include:
- Partnering with service, parts, and sales management teams to identify services and solutions opportunities to meet customer needs
- Ensure ongoing precision technology is mainstreamed across the dealer group by providing training and support to aid adoption of new technologies across the service, parts and sales team.
- Maintain and support customer relationships to aid the adoption of new technologies
- Leverage digital tools, new technologies and solutions to highlight data insights for customers
- Drive an understanding of how dealer and third party relationships support customers
- Assist with building a network with customer's third party advisors
